Introduction

Notwithstanding the provisions above, the following cases do not constitute third-party provision:

A fee of 1,000 yen per request will be charged for the disclosure of personal information.

Despite the above provision, historical and characteristic information, which do not fall under personal information, will generally not be disclosed.

7、Correction and Deletion of Personal Information

If a user believes that the personal information held by the Company is incorrect, he may request correction, addition, or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "Correction, etc.") following the procedures set by the Company.

Upon determining that the request is necessary, the Company will promptly make the Correction, etc.

The Company will notify the user promptly if it carries out the Correction, etc., based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or if it decides not to do so.

8、Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information

If the user requests the suspension or deletion of personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of Use, etc.") due to its handling beyond the scope of the intended use or acquisition by fraudulent means, the Company will conduct a necessary investigation without delay.

Based on the results of the investigation, if the Company determines that it is necessary to respond to the request, it will promptly carry out the suspension of use or other necessary actions.

The Company will notify the user promptly if it carries out the suspension of use or other actions based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or if it decides not to do so.

Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if a Suspension of Use, etc. involves significant costs or is otherwise difficult to implement, the Company will take alternative measures to protect the user’s rights and interests.

9、Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Company may change this Policy without notifying the users, except where otherwise specified in this Policy or by law.

Unless otherwise specified by the Company, changes to this Policy will take effect upon publication on this website.
