Start Date of Usage
When you apply for an account on the DolphinVoice service website, we will issue you an APPID for your use.
Billing Date and Payment Due Date
Credit Card Payment
The charges for the current month's usage will be posted to your credit card account by the 1st of the following month.

Bank Remittance/Transfer
Typically, the invoice for the current usage month will be issued within three working days of the following month.
For remittances, the payment deadline is the end of the following month. For transfers, payments are typically made on the 27th of the following month.

As this service operates on a usage-based pricing model, there are no charges or contractual obligations if you do not use it.
