The Full Truck is an innovative solution designed specifically for independent food route drivers who deliver to restaurants, delis, and bodegas. This app allows drivers to digitize paper invoices by simply snapping a photo of the invoice, which is then transformed into an interactive order form that is sent to customers via SMS. Customers can view the full catalog of available items, select what they want, and submit their orders without needing to download any app. This process eliminates the need for manual data entry, reduces confusion, and streamlines the entire delivery and ordering workflow.
The Full Truck helps drivers save time, reduce errors, and increase sales by providing a digital platform that enhances communication with customers and improves inventory management. It also offers features such as automated messaging, payment tracking, and personalized customer experiences, making it a comprehensive tool for managing wholesale route operations.
The Full Truck operates through a simple three-step process:
Snap & Scan: Drivers take a photo of a paper invoice from any distributor (e.g., Thumann's, Jetro, Sysco, US Foods). The AI-powered system extracts all product details, including names, categories, and prices, and converts them into a clean digital catalog.
Stack & Send: Multiple lists from different distributors are combined into a single link. This link is then automatically sent to customers via SMS at a scheduled time or manually when needed.
Sell More: Customers receive a link in their text message and can browse the digital catalog, add items to their cart, and submit their orders directly from their phone browser. Drivers receive the orders instantly, allowing for faster delivery and better customer satisfaction.
