SOC 2 Type 1 Report Acquired & International Standard Security Achieved

DolphinAI, K.K. (Headquarters: Toshima-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Masahiro Asakura) has successfully obtained the SOC 2 Type 1 report, demonstrating that our voice-interactive AI SaaS platform "DolphinVoice" meets high-level compliance requirements for data security and privacy protection.

■ What is SOC 2?

SOC 2 (System and Organization Controls 2) is a security standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) for service organizations. It evaluates a service provider's security framework across five trust-service criteria—Security, Availability, Processing Integrity, Confidentiality, and Privacy—to verify the effectiveness of internal controls and ensure robust protection of customer data. SOC 2 offers two types of reports:

• Type 1: Evaluates the effectiveness of a company's data security and privacy measures at a specific time.
• Type 2: Evaluates the effectiveness of an organization's internal data security and privacy controls over some time. The policies and procedures must not only be well defined but also consistently followed. Such audits are typically conducted over a period of six or twelve months.

As of March 24, 2025, we have received our Type 1 report. We will now undergo a six-month audit period and expect to obtain the Type 2 report around December 2025.
